Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven State Head – Sales & Operations to lead and scale business across an entire state. This leadership role involves full P&L ownership , B2C sales leadership , and market expansion . You will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing ROI, reducing CAC, and ensuring high customer retention. This is a high-impact role where you will own the business for an entire state and build large, high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Business Ownership & Strategy Own state-level P&L; deliver revenue, profitability, and ROI goals. Design and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Drive CAC optimization, retention improvement, and attrition reduction. Build short-term and long-term sales forecasts and roadmaps.
