The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves creating HR policies and strategies that align with the company's goals.Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, and performance management Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement HR policies and strategies Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the media industry is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills
