About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager – BP (GTM) to act as a strategic partner to our business and sales teams. The role is responsible for driving data-backed decision-making, ensuring process efficiency, supporting GTM planning, and enabling business growth through insights, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Partner with GTM leaders to support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Analyze sales trends, channel performance, and market data to generate actionable insights. Assist in designing and implementing GTM strategies, trade schemes, and market activation plans. Collaborate with finance, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure end-to-end GTM alignment. Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and market share. Prepare periodic business reviews, dashboards, and MIS reports for leadership visibility. Support channel operations by improving efficiency in distribution, pricing, and promotions. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and drive automation or digital enablement where feasible. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, budgets, and operational standards. Requirements: MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in Sales Planning, Business Partnering, or GTM roles (preferably in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Retail). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in channel or trade marketing. Knowledge of pricing, promotions, and demand planning. Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.
