Position: Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager – International Admissions Department: Office of International Affairs Location: Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh, India About the Role The Senior Manager / AGM – International Admissions will lead regional recruitment and drive international student enrolment across global markets. The role focuses on executing admission strategies, managing agent networks, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective international students from inquiry to enrolment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies for SAARC and Non-SAARC countries. • Strengthen global presence through partnerships with agents, schools, and institutions. • Plan and execute admission drives, webinars, and digital campaigns across key regions: o SAARC: Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh. o Africa: West, East, South. o MENA & SEA: UAE, Egypt, Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar. • Manage the full admission cycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high conversion. • Collaborate with marketing and visa teams for targeted promotions and smooth onboarding. • Track regional performance, analyse data, and report on market trends. • Mentor and guide the admissions team for operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills • Master’s degree in International Relations, Business, or related field. • 6–10 years’ experience in international admissions or student recruitment. • Strong Existing Channel Network & build new Channel partners across different countries. • Have driven international admissions directly with 300+ admissions across • Great Strategy development and Competitive analysis skills. • Must have a great travel exposure in SAARC & Non-SAARC Countries. • Strong understanding of international education markets and compliance processes. • Excellent communication, networking, and cross-cultural skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools (m Lead Squared) and data-driven reporting.
