Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for Mutual Funds (MF), PMS, AIF, and related asset management verticals. - Manage hiring across corporate functions, fund management, research, quant, sales/BD (B2B & B2C), PMS & MF-focused CS & Ops. - Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and industry networking. - Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver within timelines. - Ensure best practices in employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment analytics. Requirements: - 5-9 years of talent acquisition experience in asset management/financial services domain. - Proven expertise in hiring for investment management roles (MF, PMS, AIF). - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to independently manage niche and leadership hiring.
