**Job Title: BI Anlytics( Zoho) Location - Thane This position is on Third party payroll. Roles & Responsibilities – Identifying problem statements that can be solved through data analysis and visualizations by using BI Analytics Platforms ( BI Analytics by Zoho will be preferred) Working with various partners and our internal teams to understand these problem statements Extracting data from relevant sources Performing data cleaning, developing automated scripts for cleaning and validation Assessing data quality and identifying ways to improve it Providing inputs to the team to improve data collection and validation at the point of capture Moving data between source and target systems Showcasing insights as data visualizations that can drive decision making Building data repositories Maintaining integrity of datasets Brainstorm ideas and create prototypes of future tools and products Writing Queries to fetch the data from different types of data sources Education Qualification – Bachelor / master’s degree in - computer science / IT / Electronics At least 2-3 years of work experience that involves Logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization work experience Understanding of Database, analytics (especially BI from Zoho) application programming languages such as Python, R, etc. will be an added advantage Knowledge of BI Analytics Platform provided by Zoho. Knowledge to work with Microsoft Excel and Emails; knowledge of cloud would be an added advantage Behavioural Skill sets – Willing to learn on the job and ready to experiment with different technologies Basic communication skills to respond to customers Constructive thinking to deal with difficult situations
