Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Therapist (Mental Health) located in Bengaluru. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling and therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals and participating in continuous professional development. Qualifications M.Phil in Clinical Psychology is mandatory, freshers may apply too Master’s degree in Psychology with min. 2 years of hands-on clinical therapy experience In-depth knowledge and experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Strong interpersonal, communication, empathy and active listening skills Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
