Job Title: Factory Manager Location: Kalol Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Food Technology) Experience: 10 years, preferably in the Food Industry Company Overview: A Gujarat-based food manufacturer with roots since the 1980s, the company offers premium spices, blended masalas, instant mixes, hing, and tea masala. Responsibilities: Lead and manage plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met Monitor budgets, costs, and productivity across all departments Ensure compliance with Quality Risk Management, FSSCI, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff Maintain machinery, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth operations Prepare and submit production reports to management Foster employee engagement and maintain cordial relations Liaise with statutory bodies and manage inspections Thanks and Regards, Nidhi Patel
