Role & Responsibilities Assist the Plant Head and HR leadership in managing daily HR and administrative functions. Support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume shortlisting, coordination with placement agencies, and interview scheduling. Manage basic HR operations such as attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation. Draft and communicate internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally. Create and maintain Excel reports, HR dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for reviews and audits. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns in alignment with 5S principles. Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances. Support compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes. Coordinate with external vendors, placement consultants, and training institutes for hiring activities. Demonstrate professionalism and discipline in all interactions, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Preferred Candidate Profile Fresh graduates or diploma holders (BBA/MBA-HR, , BA, or equivalent) with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word . Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala , and the ability to connect with training/placement partners. Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
