Company Description CRM Landing Software is a Salesforce Summit Partner, Authorized Consulting Partner, and AppExchange Partner. We emphasize innovation, continuous learning, and extensive experience to provide exceptional customer service and drive success and growth. Our team of experienced professionals delivers tailored CRM solutions across diverse industries, including Manufacturing, BFSI, IT Services, Mining, E-commerce, Supply Chain/Logistics, Automobiles, Education, Healthcare, and the Food Industry. Join us in empowering businesses with cutting-edge technology and transformative solutions. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Salesforce Technical Architect located in Ajmer (or remote). The Technical Architect will be deeply involved in solution design, technical governance, and implementation of complex Salesforce programs. The role demands hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, data strategy, and integrations. The Technical Architect will lead end-to-end solutioning : from requirement analysis, conceptual design, and technical blueprinting, to guiding build teams on best practices and ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions. The role also requires active participation in architect review boards , code reviews, and performance tuning. While the architect may guide/mentor a team of 30–40 developers and admins on a large program, this is not a managerial role—it is a technical leadership position that ensures solutions are delivered with architectural integrity and aligned to Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities Define Salesforce architecture roadmaps , solution blueprints, and system landscape diagrams. Drive end-to-end solutioning across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing/Integration Clouds, or custom apps. Design and implement DevOps strategy , CI/CD pipelines, branching models, and automated deployments using tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Git-based workflows . Lead data migration strategy , including data modeling, deduplication, cleansing, transformation, and migration from legacy systems. Define and implement integration strategies (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware like MuleSoft/Informatica/Boomi). Conduct technical reviews through architect review boards, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and performance standards. Optimize code, data model, and system performance to handle high transaction volumes at enterprise scale. Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and configuration best practices. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements (security, scalability, maintainability). Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect on large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi-cloud strategy, and solution patterns . Hands-on development skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL . In-depth experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management , release management, and automated deployment tools. Strong knowledge of data modeling, data migration, and master data management . Expertise in integration patterns (API-led, real-time, batch, pub/sub) and middleware tools. Experience conducting and presenting at architect review boards . Knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, Shield). Deep understanding of governor limits, performance tuning, and best practices for scalable enterprise applications. Ability to technically lead and mentor teams (20–40 members) while staying hands-on. Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA) strongly preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
