Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of goods. Manage inventory control , stock audits, and maintain accurate records. Handle procurement and purchasing processes in line with hotel requirements. Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals. Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory. Regularly update management on stock levels, purchase requirements, and cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce () Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes . Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
