The Expert Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about our travel packages, answering customer inquiries, and handling bookings. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English and Hindi Experience with customer service and outbound calling Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases Ability to understand the nature of work Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus Experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused and polite attitude
