We are looking for a motivated Outreach Executive to join our team and strengthen our Guest Posting and Off-Page SEO efforts. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and connect with high-authority websites, bloggers, and publishers for guest posting opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with website owners, editors, and influencers. Negotiate and finalize placements for guest posts, ensuring alignment with SEO goals. Manage email outreach campaigns with proper tracking and reporting. Collaborate with the content team to deliver quality articles for submission. Ensure backlink quality, relevance, and compliance with SEO best practices. Maintain records of outreach activities, website databases, and performance reports. Monitor competitors’ backlink strategies and suggest improvements. Requirements: 2 years of experience in Outreach / Guest Posting / Off-Page SEO . Strong communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal). Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar. Ability to research and find niche-relevant websites for link-building. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple outreach campaigns.
