Role Overview We’re looking for dynamic and passionate trainers who can teach AI, Robotics, and STEM concepts to students from school to college level. This role is a mix of classroom delivery, hands-on workshops, and field training. You'll play a critical part in helping young learners build problem-solving skills and apply emerging technologies in real life. Key Responsibilities 1. Deliver training sessions on Robotics, AI, IoT, and STEM concepts across schools and colleges 2. Conduct hands-on workshops using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller-based platforms 3. Guide students through coding, prototyping, and project development activities 4. Prepare lesson plans, training material, and documentation as per curriculum guidelines 5. Provide technical support during lab sessions and project work 6. Evaluate student performance, maintain reports, and support academic coordinators 7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to curriculum enhancement 8. Conduct demo sessions and support outreach programs and exhibitions when needed Required Skills and Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science) or a related field 2. Strong understanding of embedded systems, sensors, and microcontroller programming 3. Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms 4. Ability to teach basic coding (Arduino C, Python) and electronics in an engaging manner 5. Good communication and classroom management skills 6. Willingness to travel locally for school/college sessions if required Preferred Qualifications 1. Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or EdTech training 2. Exposure to AI/ML tools like Teachable Machine, Edge Impulse, or OpenCV basics 3. Experience with education robotics platforms (e.g., Lego Mindstorms, Makeblock, etc.) 4. Familiarity with NEP 2020 and STEM education frameworks What We Offer 1.
