Working directly with temple priests, local guides, and spiritual lineage holders, we've guided 70+ travelers in 18 months and are scaling our verified host network across India's diverse spiritual landscape. Role DescriptionWe seek a Travel Sales Coordinator to build long-term relationships with international spiritual seekers interested in authentic Indian cultural experiences. You'll handle high-ticket travel packages ($1,500-$3,000+) through consultative selling, often nurturing relationships for 1-2 years before travelers book their transformational journeys. Key Responsibilities:Conduct international telesales calls to Western prospects Maintain detailed daily call logs and weekly sales reports Build educational resources on Indian spirituality using Google Workspace/MS Office Write compelling emails and communicate with international travelers Implement AI tools to enhance sales processes Develop long-term relationships with high-value prospects Collaborate with local practitioners to customize authentic experiences QualificationsRequired:3+ years telesales/telecalling/customer experience with non-Indian customers Strong academic performance: 80%+ in 10th standard, 80%+ in 12th standard Excellent English proficiency (speaking and writing) Active spiritual practice: Regular meditation, yoga, or sadhana (2+ years minimum) Passionate about Indian spiritual traditions and cultural heritage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace High learning orientation and willingness to implement AI tools Empathetic, relationship-building approach to sales Experience with high-ticket sales preferred Preferred:European language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian) Previous spiritual tourism or wellness travel experience Personal India travel experience with spiritual practices Understanding of Western spiritual seeking patterns Personal Qualities:Results-driven: Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets Persistent: Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation through long sales cycles Persuasive communicator: Natural ability to influence and inspire action Patient approach to relationship building over 6-24 month cycles Genuine care for customer transformation and authentic experiences Competitive spirit: Thrives in target-driven environment Strong communication and presentation skills Adaptability: Quick to learn new sales techniques and market insights
