The role involves testing and validating Battery Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring proper CAN communication for lithium-ion battery packs used in EVs and Energy Storage Systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform functional and validation testing of BMS hardware and software. Conduct CAN protocol testing, including message monitoring, debugging, and analysis. Work with tools like CANalyzer, PCAN, or equivalent . Document test cases, test results, and prepare detailed reports. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of BMS issues. Collaborate with design and R&D teams to improve system performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Embedded Systems or related field. Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, EV systems, and BMS architecture . Understanding of CAN bus protocol and diagnostic tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
