Experience - 3+ years in Field sales. This is Field sales role in Vadodara. Pre-Sales: Driving new business with identifying prospects in the defined territory and recording/updating their pipeline in the CRM tool. Achieving Monthly and Quarterly Revenue and volume targets. Manage Portfolio of customers by maintaining stead growth of revenue, building customer relationship and cross sell. Sustain and grow assigned territory. Meet customers face to face basis the guidelines from the organization and supervisor Creating and presenting pricing proposal Account activations Post-Sales : Competition Monitoring Analysis of the customers in defined geography and explore the growth opportunity in volume /revenue Working with cross functional teams to ensure customer’s concern are timely addressed. Involves representing the organization to our current and potential customers in face-to-face interactions as per the pre-defined sale process Admin: Executive is required to update their call activity and customer management using Sales force CRM tool. This position is required to achieve sales revenue target and new business target along with other customer management and development activities. FORWARD PLANNING Plans and organizes own work on daily / weekly basis. RESPONSIBILITY PROCESS Follows and provides input on new and existing procedures or processes.
