Position: Manager - Admissions & Outreach Job Location: MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur Responsibilities Work with K12 schools to develop productive engagement viz. faculty training, counsellor workshops, student visits to university. Planning activities for brand building and marketing in educational fairs Shall possess knowledge of CRM, Must know lead generation online / offline and target oriented. Understand the key requirement and Conduct Counselling sessions for marketing coordinators and school students. Comfort with working on assigned enrolment targets from the assigned region/ geography. Organize engagement activities, events and actively counsel students in such events. Maintain MIS and create daily reports and trackers to share with the leadership. Education counselling students to make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. They provide guidance on course selection, majors, and career options. Engage with the Schools, colleges and Outreach team for support in supplies of collaterals, collating application forms data, and general coordination to ensure smooth functioning. Manage various databases relevant to Marketing and Outreach. Work in coordination with all departments Qualifications MBA Degree in sales and Marketing Proven experience in Academic Institutions for not less than 5years. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication. Excellent organizational skills Enthusiastic team player and proactive Ability to make presentation to large number of students. Excellent MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
