Job objective: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join the Chairman’s office as a Executive Secretary who will act as the first point of contact between the Chairman’s office and internal/external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring proper logistics, including meeting room reservations, presentations, and attendee coordination. Act as a liaison between the Chairman’s office and other executives, clients, stakeholders, and team members. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the Chairman’s office, ensuring appropriate follow-ups. Travel and Calendar Management Assist with research, presentations, and special projects as needed. Handle all sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Provide administrative support to other senior executives as needed. Desired Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in an executive secretary or administrative assistant role, preferably in a corporate environment. Experience directly supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders is preferred. Technically sound with good experience in MS Office, Outlook and Copilot. Excellent Verbal and Written communication.
