Position: Marketing/Sales Engineer – Structural Products Location: Kolkata Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and marketing efforts for structural bearings, expansion joints, seismic isolation systems, and structural health monitoring solutions for infrastructure and bridge projects. Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals. Meet with customers and consultants to conduct technical and commercial discussions, aiming to secure and close orders. Liaise with internal departments including design, procurement, production, and erection teams to ensure timely and efficient order execution. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans targeting key infrastructure sectors. Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped market segments. Relay customer feedback and technical requirements to support product development and improvement initiatives. Conduct market research and compile competitive intelligence reports. Candidate Profile: Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Additional certifications in Marketing, Management, or Digital Marketing are a plus Experience: Preferred: Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or sales support roles Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Confident in preparing and presenting technical/product presentations Strong interpersonal skills with an engineering mindset Open to extensive travel across India and neighboring regions Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Competitive and negotiable, based on qualifications and experience Other benefits as per industry norms
