Key Responsibilities Strategy & Campaign Leadership Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client brand objectives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). Drive data-backed campaign planning , integrating with performance marketing and influencer/UGC strategies. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, reflecting Atwias’ 360° approach. Content & Creative Supervision Plan and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with content writers, designers, and video editors. Provide creative direction to the team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines. Leverage emerging formats (Reels, Shorts, Live Streams, Interactive Stories ) to enhance engagement. Community & Client Engagement Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build strong online communities . Work with account managers to deliver timely updates and performance insights to clients. Manage online reputation, handling escalations and crisis responses where required. Performance & Analytics Track KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI , linking social metrics to business outcomes. Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Clarity, Matomo, and social listening tools to optimize campaigns. Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights for client growth. Innovation & Trends Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, AI-based tools, and social commerce trends . Suggest and implement tech-led innovations like AI-powered creatives, WhatsApp automation, and interactive campaigns. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in social media management at advertising/digital marketing agencies . Strong grasp of organic + paid social media integration . Proven track record in multi-brand portfolio management , preferably across real estate, retail, lifestyle, and D2C sectors. Excellent skills in copywriting, storytelling, and communication . Familiarity with scheduling & analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.). Ability to lead cross-functional teams (designers, editors, content writers) to deliver end-to-end campaigns. Experience in handling Shoots and Influencer Collaborations Preferred Qualifications Exposure to real estate, jewellery, retail, and D2C brands . Understanding of paid performance ads and synergy with organic growth. Experience working with AI/chatbot automation (Zoho SalesIQ, WATI, etc.) .
