Brand: Keya Seth Exclusive (Ethnic Saree & Fashion Division) Location: Kalighat Reports To: Director – Retail Operations Role Overview As the Store Manager of Keya Seth Exclusive, you will lead the flagship ethnic wear retail store operations . The role involves ensuring world-class customer service, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and maintaining the unique brand experience that Keya Seth Exclusive is known for. You will be a leader, mentor, and brand ambassador inside the store . Key Responsibilities 1. Store Operations & Brand Standards Manage all aspects of daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS systems. Ensure the store reflects Keya Seth Exclusive’s luxury ethnic wear identity through visual merchandising, cleanliness, and ambience. Implement seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and new collection launches as directed by head office. 2. Sales & Customer Experience Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets. Ensure customers receive personalized styling guidance for sarees, blouses, and accessories. Handle escalated customer queries, ensuring smooth exchange/return processes as per company policies. Cultivate long-term relationships with loyal customers and promote membership/loyalty programs. 3. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff, stylists, and support personnel. Monitor staff performance, set targets, and conduct regular team meetings. Motivate the team to deliver exceptional ethnic wear shopping experiences . 4. Inventory & Stock Control Oversee stock movement, replenishment, tagging, and barcoding. Maintain accurate records of saree collections and ensure minimal stock loss/shrinkage . Provide timely feedback on bestsellers, customer preferences, and market trends to the merchandising team. 5. Marketing & Engagement Execute in-store events such as festive saree showcases, draping workshops, and wedding collection previews . Coordinate with marketing for influencer visits, live streaming, and customer engagement activities. Promote store offers and exclusive collections through local channels and social media collaborations. 6. Reporting & Compliance Prepare daily/weekly sales and footfall reports. Ensure compliance with billing, GST, and company policies. Maintain safety and operational excellence within the store. Skills & Attributes Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication in English, Bengali, and Hindi. Knowledge of ethnic wear fabrics, draping styles, and customer preferences . Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in high-footfall seasons (Durga Puja, weddings, festivals) . Proficiency in billing software, POS systems, and MS Office. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Retail, Fashion Management, or Business). 4–6 years of experience in apparel/ethnic retail management.
