Experience - 3 to 6 Years Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field. Responsibilities Perform SAP Basis activities including user administration, role assignment, system monitoring, job scheduling, and transport management. Monitor system performance, coordinate patches/upgrades, and work with support partners for issue resolution. Provide functional support in SAP SD Module , MM for procurement and inventory management, ensuring smooth business operations. Assist in managing change requests, including documentation, testing in DEV/Quality, and deployment to Production. Support Master Data uploads and ensure accuracy of entries. Deliver end-user training, guidance, and day-to-day support, helping users effectively utilize SAP. Collaborate with business stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Quality, Logistics) for issue resolution and system improvements. Ensure compliance with pharma IT policies, GxP, Data Integrity, and audit requirements. Maintain proper documentation of incidents, change requests, and training provided. Co-ordination with the SAP Supporting Partner. Stakeholder Management (Functional lead) as an when required Desired Skills Strong knowledge of SAP Basis (user & role management, transport management, monitoring, performance tuning). Working knowledge of MM processes and inter-module integration. SAP certification in Basis (NetWeaver / S/4HANA) preferred; MM certification an advantage. Experience in user support, training, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with pharma IT compliance requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity). Good problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, timeline-driven environment
