We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR professional to lead our client’s HR digitization and HRMS implementation journey. The role involves driving the integration, implementation, and adoption of People Strong HRMS (from integration to go-live), along with capability building and user training for all employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. HRMS Implementation & Digitization • Lead end-to-end implementation of PeopleStrong HRMS, from system integration to go-live. • Liaise with vendor teams, internal IT, and HR stakeholders for smooth execution. • Map existing HR processes and digitize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues along with SLA. 2. Change Management & Employee Training • Design and deliver training modules for HRMS adoption across employee levels. • Act as the HRMS champion to drive digital-first culture and employee self-service adoption. • Provide ongoing support, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives. 3. HR Operations & Analytics • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations (attendance, payroll interface, leave management, employee lifecycle, etc.) through digital platforms. • Generate and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management decision-making. • Partner with business teams to continuously enhance digital HR solutions. 4. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to understand HR needs and align HRMS solutions accordingly. • Serve as the key HR point of contact for all digitization and automation initiatives. Education Qualification: Graduate (Technical Background preferred) + MBA in HR (from a reputed institute). Experience: • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with employee strength of at least 1,000+. • Proven track record in HR digitization and HRMS implementation (preferably People Strong). Skills & Competencies: • Strong HR process knowledge (Payroll, Attendance, Talent Management, Performance Management, etc.). • Good understanding of HR Technology, integrations, and process automation. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills. • Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from HR data. • Agile, self-driven, and capable of handling high-paced environments.
