The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, driving continuous process improvements, and implementing best practices to maintain high-quality standards across operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems in alignment with healthcare standards. Lead quality audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks. Use Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce process variability. Analyze quality metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership. Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on quality tools and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in patient safety and service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field. Six Sigma Certified (Green/Black Belt). Strong knowledge of quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, Pareto, Control Charts, etc.
