About Us: The Knights Music and Dance Academy in Noida is expanding its artistic reach and introducing Western Dance as part of its curriculum. Located in Sector 48, Noida, our academy aims to nurture talent in an inspiring and professional environment. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Western Dance Teacher to join our growing team. Job Description: As a Western Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for training students in various Western dance styles, choreographing performances, and fostering a love for dance among students of all ages. You will create a structured and engaging learning experience while also assisting in academy events and student performances. Duties and Responsibilities: Teach various Western dance styles, including Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Open Choreography, Fusion, Semi Classical, Bollywood, Zumba, Yoga and more. Develop lesson plans and structured classes for different skill levels and age groups. Ensure students understand rhythm, coordination, and expression through dance. Provide personalized feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence. Choreograph dance routines for academy events, recitals, and competitions. Organize and rehearse students for stage performances, ensuring professionalism and creativity. Collaborate with musicians, teachers, and event coordinators for seamless performances. Motivate and inspire students to explore their artistic potential. Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere. Communicate with parents about student progress, attendance, and upcoming events. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Dance or Performing Arts (preferred). Proficiency in multiple Western dance styles. Strong teaching experience with students of different age groups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Passion for dance education and mentoring students. Ability to choreograph and create engaging dance routines. Professional demeanor and a positive, energetic personality.
