Location : Calicut (On-site / Hybrid, based on policy) Package : ₹8 – ₹12 LPA (based on experience and fit) Role Purpose To lead Haris & Co’s performance marketing department owning the full lifecycle of paid marketing from strategy to execution , team management , client communication , and creative collaboration - to consistently drive measurable business outcomes. Core Responsibilities 1. Portfolio Ownership Strategically manage a portfolio of performance marketing clients (D2C/eCommerce preferred). Define goals, allocate budgets, and build full-funnel strategies. Ensure consistent results in terms of ROAS , CAC , and LTV growth . 2. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of media buyers and performance marketers (2–5 team members). Establish SOPs, QA processes, and weekly reviews. Hire, onboard, and upskill team members. 3. Client Relationship & Strategy Act as the primary point of contact for performance marketing clients. Build trust through clear reporting, proactive communication, and strategic advice. Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients. 4. Performance + Creative Synergy Collaborate with the creative and content teams to influence ad design, messaging, and funnel flow. Translate performance data into creative insights (e.g., best-performing hooks, formats). Suggest A/B tests across visuals, ad copy, CTAs, landing pages, etc. 5. Reporting & Optimisation Use GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and custom dashboards to track and optimize campaigns. Own budget pacing, bid strategy, and daily optimizations. Implement automation rules, scripts, or tools for efficiency.
