Do visit Lladró website: MAIN PURPOSE Managing the day-to-day retail/store operations of the Lladró boutique in accordance to brand standards. Improve commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability. Primarily responsible for Retail/store Sales. The role will also involve Business Development and making Corporate Sales. Note: Preference will be given to those with backgrounds in interior design, architecture, or similar home-related fields. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Exceeding Sales Budget Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty Converting Project Business through Interior Designers & Architects Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines. Expanding HNI Database - Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintained Defining strategy actions to attract new customers and old customers more often  Job Profile: ·      Education. Bachelor / Masters – Degree / Diploma (Sales / Retail Sales) ·      Experience : 4 plus years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brands. ·      Languages : Fluent English & Hindi ·      Skills required : Ø Organized & process oriented Ø Brand Image Concerned  Ø Ability to write reports Ø Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills Ø Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.
