Transway Group looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. The role requires a customer-focused professional who can handle client interactions, resolve inquiries, and provide end-to-end support. You will play a key role in maintaining long-term customer relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone, email. Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues. Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams and resolve service-related concerns. Provide support for account setup, documentation, and order processing. Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers. Assist in onboarding new clients and providing guidance on Transway Group services. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Gather feedback and share insights with management to enhance customer experience. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field). 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset. Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
