Over the years, we have expanded into sportswear, luggage, and accessories – all proudly manufactured in-house with a focus on innovation, performance, and player-centric design. Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Apparel Designer who will take ownership of the entire design process – from concept development to sample creation at our manufacturing unit. The role primarily focuses on sports apparel design (teamwear, activewear, performance wear), while also contributing ideas for accessories such as bags and gear. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sports, highly skilled in digital design tools, and capable of bringing fresh, functional, and market-ready concepts to life. Key Responsibilities Design and develop innovative sports apparel collections (teamwear, activewear, performance wear, lifestyle wear). Occasionally contribute design inputs for sports accessories (bags, gear, and related products). Manage the complete design cycle – concept sketches, digital renderings, tech packs, and coordinating sample development at the manufacturing unit. Research global market trends, fabrics, trims, and competitor products to introduce cutting-edge and practical solutions. Collaborate closely with the Design Head, product development, and merchandising teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. Create high-quality visual presentations and prototypes using advanced design tools. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Knitwear, or a related field. 1–2 years’ experience in apparel design (sportswear/activewear preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design tools (CLO 3D is a must); Blender knowledge is an added advantage. Strong sense of fabrics, fits, garment construction, and functionality for sportswear. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive with strong communication skills. Passionate about sports, performance-driven products, and brand-focused innovation.
