What You’ll Do: Design and lead strategic workforce planning to support rapid growth Drive high-velocity recruitment across tech, business, and operations Implement scalable HR systems, policies, and compliance processes Build and nurture a culture of performance, innovation, and inclusion Act as a trusted advisor to founders and leadership on all people matters Lead organizational development, performance management, and L&D programs Champion employee engagement and experience as we scale Who You Are: Having experience of 4-10 years in different HR position. You’ve scaled a company from 0 to 100–200+ people and know the ride—chaotic, thrilling, and deeply rewarding. Experience in high-growth startups or fast-scaling environments Strong command over end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, compliance, culture, policies, engagement, and retention A strategic thinker who is also hands-on—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed Location: Park Street, Kolkata.
