This is a B2B sales internship—ideal for early-career professionals (0–2 years) with a passion for sales and relationship-building. You’ll be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, identifying, pitching, and onboarding potential franchise partners. Key Responsibilities Engage prospects through inbound leads, cold calls, emails, social media. Present Rebel Foods’ franchise model—financials, training, support, and operations. Manage end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation, qualifying, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. Facilitate onboarding: coordinate with internal teams, kitchen layout planning, vendor setup, and launch readiness. Track progress and maintain franchise pipeline dashboards. Build long-term relationships with franchise partners, ensuring satisfaction. Support sales and marketing campaigns targeted at franchise growth. Qualifications & Skills Graduate or MBA with 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities. Comfortable with cold outreach (calls/emails). Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
