Responsibilities Generate leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch Set up Meta Ads campaigns with the design team Manage outreach, follow-ups, and client requirement capture Work on pitch decks and proposals with the design team Support in building inbound and outbound funnels Requirements 1–2 years of experience in BD/Marketing in IT or software industry Strong communication and presentation skills Familiar with LinkedIn, Upwork, Meta Ads, and CRM tools Driven by targets and growth
