We combine human insights with AI to positively impact students, teachers, and parents. We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive lead generation and business growth for Tieke. The role requires strong telecalling skills, CRM management, and an ability to convert conversations into opportunities. Familiarity with digital marketing channels for B2B outreach will be a valuable advantage. Key Responsibilities Conduct telecalling campaigns to generate and qualify leads across schools and institutions. Manage and update leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system. Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and convert them into meetings or demos. Use lead generation tools (databases, email automation, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.) effectively. Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to ensure lead pipeline health. Support outreach campaigns through SEO, social media, and digital marketing, where applicable. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation (preferably in B2B/education/edtech). Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone. Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Knowledge of lead generation tools, WhatsApp campaigns, or email marketing tools. Bonus: Understanding of SEO, SMM, or digital marketing for B2B lead generation. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Why Join Tieke?
