We are looking for experienced professional in Finance & Accounts department. Functional Role: DVP/VP – Finance & Accounts Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur Department: Finance & Accounts Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in banking/financial institutions Job Description: • Responsible for the overall integrity of financial reporting, robust maintenance of the chart of accounts, and the implementation and management of accounting systems. • Lead a large, diverse team and collaborate directly with banking leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all financial activities and reporting • Ensure proper design, continuous review, and effective maintenance of the bank’s chart of accounts to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements. • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), RBI guidelines, and all statutory and internal controls. Lead audit preparation and respond to regulatory queries. • Build, coach, and mentor a team of 35-40 finance professionals. Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement • Partner with the Head of Accounts and other senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support enterprise objectives. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel. Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead large teams, drive change, and influence at the executive level. Other Attributes: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
