Job Description – Manager / AGM : Luxury Sales Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years Industry: Luxury Real Estate – Residential, Villas & Land (Primary + Resale Market) Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven and well-networked Manager – Luxury Sales , based out of Mumbai , to lead sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels (ticket sizes INR 15 Cr+ ). The role covers prime Mumbai markets (Andheri to South Mumbai) as well as holiday home destinations (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala) , with a strong focus on the resale luxury market . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling resale transactions of luxury assets, deep market knowledge, and a strong HNI/UHNI and Channel Partner network for luxury sales. Key Responsibilities Client Management Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties , villas, and land parcels (15 Cr+). Manage HNI, UHNI, and Family Office relationships, ensuring trust-driven long-term engagement. Conduct walkthroughs, pitches, negotiations, and end-to-end deal closures with high-value clients. Inventory Management Source and manage inventory in Andheri to South Mumbai (including resale) and holiday home belts (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala ). Build strong connects with property owners, brokers, and intermediaries to access exclusive off-market listings. Marketing & Strategy Contribute to the company’s luxury positioning through digital campaigns, media spends, and targeted marketing initiatives . Represent the company at private previews, networking events, and luxury exhibitions. Support in creating high-quality marketing collateral tailored for HNI/UHNI audiences. Market Intelligence Track pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments. Provide support to leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 2 – 4 years in luxury real estate sales , with proven experience in the resale market (ticket sizes INR 15 Cr+ ). Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Andheri –South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala) . Network: Established connects with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries . Should be presentable and willing to create marketing content for digital channels. Skills: Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. Ability to navigate complex resale transactions (valuation, due diligence, owner expectations).
