Job Description: Senior Business Development Executive – UI/UX Design Services Sales Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) Experience Required: 3 years into core UI UX Design Service Sales/BD About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive – UI/UX Design Services Sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our design and product solutions vertical. The role focuses on selling UI/UX services, product design solutions, and digital design consulting to enterprise and mid-market clients. You will be responsible for creating high-impact sales pitches, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and drive new business opportunities for UI/UX and product design services. Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships. Develop tailored sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients. Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate business needs into UI/UX design solutions. Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales. Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets . Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads. Key Requirements 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry. Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies . Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships. Self-starter, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.
