Take responsibility for the production of the Strategic Electronics Business Unit. Responsible for production and delivery of High Reliability electronic modules and custom built Hybrid Integrated Circuits for Space and Defense customers. Coordinate all export sales directly. Meet sales plan targets aligned with budgets, ensuring quantity, quality, and delivery requirements are fulfilled. Engage in short-term and medium-term planning and budgeting to achieve company goals and objectives in manufacturing operations. Calculate capacities and recommend line balancing strategies. Identify and lead teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels. Develop methods and systems to proactively address potential quality issues. Foster a culture of Kaizen and Business Excellence. Ensure the safety of personnel, materials, and machines. Provide support to new product development and production processes. Drive cost reduction initiatives, improved productivity, and effective utilization of available resources. Possess a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors. Exhibit strong leadership and people management skills. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities. Have the ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills. Skilled in selecting, training, and constructively motivating teams. Capable of considering short-term, medium-term, and long-term requirements. Have hands-on experience in production processes. Competent in managing a large team consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel. Possess considerable previous managerial experience in production/manufacturing, product development, and quality departments.
