Salary: ₹ 4 LPA Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Understanding Client Needs Work closely with AI-driven businesses to analyze their business models. Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable technical documentation. Creating & Managing Documentation Prepare BRD, SRS, and other technical documentation. Develop process flow diagrams and technical documentation. Tech Team Coordination & Project Execution Identify skilled technical resources for subscriber companies. Act as a liaison between subscribers, their clients, and development teams. Manage project timelines, risks, and execution using Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools. Quality Assurance & Deployment Ensure AI and IT solutions meet client expectations and business needs. Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of AI solutions. Post-Deployment Support & Optimization Gather client feedback for ongoing product improvements. Analyze real-world performance and recommend optimizations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum B.Tech in Computer Science or related field . MUST HAVE - Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, and software development processes. Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams (clients, developers, business teams). Proficiency in BRD, FRD, SRS documentation, project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.) .
