Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant at UNO Hotels, located in New Delhi. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, financial auditing, and compliance. The individual will also prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Other duties include managing accounts receivable, liaising with external auditors, and maintaining accurate financial statements. We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our corporate finance team. The role will oversee end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants, with a focus on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis. The CA will act as a bridge between unit-level finance teams and corporate leadership, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and business-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesConsolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets. Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management. Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry. Ensure compliance with IND-AS, GST, Income Tax, and hospitality sector-specific regulations. Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level. Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit. Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties. Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement. Qualifications & SkillsChartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience. Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred. Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls. Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
