Customer Relationship Manager & Executive Assistant – B2B Fashion Brand We are seeking a dynamic professional who can manage customer relationships with our retail partners across India while also supporting our Director as an Executive Assistant . This dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has an interest in fashion/apparel (women’s wear) , and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions (calls & in-person) and resolve service issues effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and service delivery. Strengthen customer loyalty through proactive relationship management. Support the Director with scheduling, communication, and daily coordination tasks. Assist in merchandising-related discussions and provide insights from customer feedback. Maintain organized reports, follow-ups, and documentation for both CRM & EA responsibilities. Requirements: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in apparel/fashion retail or B2B sales . Strong communication & interpersonal skills with problem-solving ability. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Interest or background in fashion/merchandising (women’s wear preferred) .
