Exp - 0 to 3 years Location - Hyderabad (Night shift only) NP - immediate joiners only Please find the below JD: A French Service Desk role typically involves providing technical support to users in French, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues, and documenting solutions. Excellent communication and customer service skills in both French and English are crucial, as is the ability to work within established service level agreements (SLAs). Providing Technical Support: Offer first and second-level IT support to users via phone, email, or chat in French and potentially English. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. Escalation: Identify and escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions within the IT Service Management (ITSM) system. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with users regarding issue status and resolution, providing updates and guidance. Customer Service: Ensure a positive and helpful experience for all users, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Knowledge Management: Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and their solutions. Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Meet or exceed SLAs for incident resolution and response times. User Account Management: Assist with user account creation, modification, and deletion within Active Directory or similar systems. Software and Hardware Support: Provide support for software installations, updates, and hardware troubleshooting.
