We are seeking a dynamic soft skills trainer who can enhance the communication, client engagement, and professional effectiveness of our team across financial services roles. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging training modules on soft skills, business communication, grooming, etiquette, and customer engagement . Conduct training sessions focused on client relationship management, financial product awareness, and consultative selling skills . Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and refresher trainings for existing employees. Use roleplays, case studies, mock client interactions, and simulations to ensure practical learning. Customize training content as per audience (field sales, telesales, advisors, relationship managers, etc.). Collaborate with business leaders to identify performance gaps and address them with structured training interventions. Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance improvement metrics . Provide coaching and mentoring support to underperformers through individual development plans. Desired Candidate Profile 4–6 years of experience in soft skills and sales training, preferably in financial services, fintech, banking, or NBFC sectors . Strong understanding of retail sales, B2C customer handling, and financial products (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, SIPs). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills . Ability to create training decks, reports, and digital learning content . Energetic, confident, and professional with a customer-first approach . Master’s degree (preferably full-time) in HR, Psychology, Finance, or related fields .
