The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving and optimizing the company’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) online sales channel through Shopify. This role involves overseeing digital marketing, website operations, customer experience, logistics coordination, and performance analytics to ensure consistent business growth and superior customer engagement. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations of the Shopify platform. Manage and Improve sales inventory mechanism, including Sales and Inventory KPI. Create various strategies and techniques to improve, conversion rate and ROAS. Ensure timely listing of new SKUs to maximize advertising and sales opportunities. Oversee UI/UX enhancements and continuously optimize the customer journey to drive improved engagement and user experience. Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and adequate stock availability. Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking processes as required. Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketing campaign performance to generate actionable insights. Develop and present reports using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, CRM platforms, VWO, and other analytical tools. Ensure secure and seamless payment processes, adhering to encryption and data protection protocols. Requirements: 4-8 Years of proven expertise in managing Shopify and scaling online sales in oversees market. Strong understanding of CRO, SEO, and customer retention strategies. Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4). Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Prior experience in the FMCD industry and oversees market will be an added advantage.
