We are looking for a Specialist – Talent Management (HC Infra & Systems) to join our Human Capital team in Hyderabad . In this role, you’ll partner with developers and HR CoEs to enhance HC platforms, gather business requirements, oversee UAT, and ensure systems align with organizational goals. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in Human Capital systems , techno-functional expertise across modules like time, attendance, performance & onboarding , and proficiency in advanced Excel . Experience with Workday or similar tools is highly preferred. Strong communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability are must-haves.
