Company Description Travelexic is a fast-growing SaaS-based event & travel technology company transforming the way MICE operators and corporate travel planners manage group travel. We build tools that power registrations, attendee engagement, operational efficiency, and real-time collaboration. We are looking for a Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure timely delivery of projects and seamless client onboarding. Qualifications Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of project management methodologies – Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall. Hands-on experience with project management tools like: Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Confluence or Notion for documentation MS Project (optional but a plus) Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools : Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom. Strong understanding of SaaS or IT product development lifecycle . Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards . Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of project management experience in a product-based IT company (preferably SaaS) .
