About the Role Mangatrai Jewels is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to own and scale our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The role demands a blend of creativity, trend awareness, and strong execution to position Mangatrai as the leading jewellery brand in Hyderabad and beyond . Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Strategy Build monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns, festivals, and product launches. Translate brand identity into high-quality posts, reels, stories, and campaigns. Content Creation & Styling Coordinate shoots with photographers, stylists, and models to produce premium jewellery content. Write engaging captions and ensure consistent brand tone of voice. Community Management Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and track conversations to build brand loyalty. Manage influencer collaborations and ensure deliverables are on-brand. Performance Tracking Monitor social media analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth). Share weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Collaboration Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate showroom promotions and events. Partner with performance marketing team for organic + paid synergy. Requirements 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media for luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery brands. Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms, reels trends, and audience engagement. Creative eye for jewellery styling, photography, and video aesthetics. Excellent communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi a plus). Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines. Nice to Have Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
