Drive business growth across B2C (students & parents), B2B (schools & colleges), B2O (organizations), and B2NGO (NGOs). Own strategy, execution, team motivation, and reporting to deliver state targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and guide district teams to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with CEO to set and track state/district targets. Drive multi-channel business development and partnerships. Plan and lead school outreach and conversion initiatives. Execute marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency. Maintain reports and coordinate with internal teams. Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills. 5-9 years experience in sales or Marketing ( Education sector preferred) Experience in multi-channel sales & marketing.
