Apply or agree only if you are comfortable with relocation. About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketer to drive measurable results for our clients across Meta Ads and Google Ads . The ideal candidate is numbers-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled at turning business objectives into high-performing campaigns. You will own end-to-end campaign management, from ideation to execution, while ensuring tracking accuracy, creative testing, and clear communication with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize end-to-end campaigns on Meta & Google Ads , ensuring business goals (HQ leads, conversions, visibility) are met. Own tracking accuracy (GA4, GTM, UTMs) and troubleshoot issues proactively. Translate business objectives into budget splits, funnel plans, and testing roadmaps . Collaborate with the creative team to design, test, and scale ad creatives. Conduct regular performance reviews , reporting wins, losses, next tests, and forecasts. Coordinate with clients through weekly/monthly review meetings to share performance updates and align on strategy. Maintain structured campaign setups, disciplined naming conventions, and clean dashboards. Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Agency experience is a must. Proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads . Strong understanding of business models and ROI-based thinking . Experience managing both B2B and B2C clients .
