We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can build scroll-stopping content, engage online communities, and drive results across platforms. If you have a creative mindset, strong execution skills, and a passion for digital storytelling — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep the brand culturally relevant Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal follower base Track performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights Run paid promotions and boost posts as needed What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands or agencies Strong content sense and creative copywriting skills Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Canva, etc. Ability to analyze insights and adjust strategy for better performance A flair for storytelling, brand voice, and building digital presence Experience with handling influencers or creators is a plus Bonus Points If You Have experience working in the tech or digital marketing space Know basic video editing or reel creation Have run or managed successful social media campaigns Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why Join Us?
